DIrections and Indications:
- Take 1 capsule once a day for 5 days.
- Take 2 days off.
- Continue this structure of dosage every week until the end of the month.
- Microdosing is NOT supposed to induce visuals or distortions of any sort. Taking more than one capsule a day is no longer considered microdosing.

First and foremost do not use these for sleep anywhere near your sleep time. No matter the amount of Melatonin or herbs, once it starts doing it’s thing you get hit with that serotonin and you’ll feel energized like you just got out of an amazing nap. I ended up taking this and damn do you feel the effects. Visual absorption, deep thoughts, emotional attachment and strong empathy on just 150mg. That is some potent stuff but the next dose the effects are less and less noticeable with the tolerance build up. Packaging was perfect and the pills were neatly manufactured. Very impressed by these, and will order the regular ones in the future. But be careful for using it to sleep. Maybe 4-6hours before bedtime and then pop a Melatonin.
