Huge fan of the Chamomile Tea blend. Fairly sensitive so the 500mg is perfect. Definitely a fast peak but on a deeper drive. Quite warm and enveloping. Perfect for time set aside to just enjoy your mind and body space. I have chronic pain with myalgia and this feels like fascia release without the pain of treatment. Packaged with thought. Definitely recommend for those that enjoy a warm cup and deep feel.
